Refund & Return Policy

At SSL Packing, customer satisfaction and transparency are our priorities. This Refund & Return Policy clearly explains the conditions under which refunds or returns may apply. By purchasing on our website, you agree to the following:

1. Non-refundable once issued
   SSL Certificates are digital security products. Once a certificate is issued by the Certificate Authority (CA), it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

2. Refund before issuance
   If your order has not yet been validated or issued, you may request a cancellation and receive a full refund. Please contact us immediately at support@sslpacking.com.

3. Technical issues
   If the SSL certificate cannot be issued due to a technical problem on our side or the CA’s side, you are eligible for a full refund.

4. Incorrect orders
   If you ordered the wrong product (e.g., single-domain instead of multi-domain), contact us quickly. In some cases, we may exchange or reissue, depending on CA policies.

5. Processing time
   Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days using the same payment method (PayPal or card).

6. Legal right of withdrawal
   For EU consumers, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies only if the certificate has not been issued. Once issued, the right is waived.

7. Physical products (if any)
   Returns are accepted within 14 days in their original packaging, unless defective. Shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless due to our error.

   For disputes, please contact support@sslpacking.com before opening a PayPal claim. We aim to resolve all issues fairly and quickly.
